9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Hanna Franck. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes for week of July 14. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Red Rock Contractors. Motion to sign letter to KTOI. Motion to sign letters of appoint for Board of Community Guardians. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger (USFS) Heather Fuller – Update on KVRI and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium update.
11:30 a.m.: Board of Equalization – Discussion/motion on Property Tax Exemption Application received. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign purchase order of 2018 Dynapac compactor. Discussion/possible motion regarding culvert for Maggi access on Split Rock. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
